Full Cream Milk Powder is a dairy product made by evaporating fresh pasteurized Full Cream cow’s milk. This product is divided according to the amount of fat it contains, either 24%, 26% and 28% fat in a dry mass. Proteins: no less than 26%; Ash: no more than 6,6% Full Cream Milk Powder has many uses in the food industry. It is primarily used in the confectionary, chocolate and ice cream industries as well as the baking industry. It is also used in the production of frozen foods, milk based beverages and instant soups, etc.
FCMP is available in packs of 25kg, „Big Bag” 500-1000kg, or wholesale.
Average Shelf life of FCMP is about 12-18 months.
Full Cream Milk Powder is available as: Non-Standardized, Standardized, High-heat (least soluble), Medium-
heat and Low-heat (most soluble).
